what is most important point take to standing postion of rifle?
rifle standing positon

Rifle players are divided into three positions: kneeling, prone, and standing.
Today we are going to talk about the most basic of basic standing positions.
standing position
Standing position is most basically competitive positions in rifle.
10m, 50m and 300m events are need to take stading positon.
In the past, the score was measured only by natural numbers, but the score has recently been changed to decimal points to determine the improvement of players' records, public interest, and accuracy.
The perfect score of the past is no longer the perfect score of the present.

Final 10m air rifle range. Every shooter take a different position.
People are all different
Each person's body structure is different.
That's why each person has different gun settings, different shooting suits, and different postures. For example, one person holds a fist with his left hand and supports a gun while the other holds it with his palm. Some people stretch their left hands far away, some close to their bodies, and others spread their legs wide
Some people shoot with their legs widened narrowly. Since each person also has different body types, body structures, and weight, he or she finds a comfortable position and makes his or her own posture and shoots.
Relaxing exercise, shooting
One of the most important things in a rifle shooting position is how much effort is taken and holding the rifle comfortably and stably. To do so, you have to make a position that fits your body as much as possible, removing the elements that you feel uncomfortable with one by one, but it is not easy.
Unlike other sports, the movement of the gun varies depending on how much strength you relax and comfortably hold the gun, and it is directly related to the score.

Then what's the point?
The writer intends to begin the story by conveying in advance that he respects everyone's position. Everyone will have different comfortable points and important points, and there will be a comfortable position. However, what I want to say here is the part related to the 'weight balance' of the position. All objects fall in weight vertically from top to bottom. Even for a player with a gun, it is natural that the weight of the gun also falls vertically down. The point that the writer is trying to say here is the left support part, which serves as a weight-receiving pedestal, and the right support necessary to form the left support.
I will continue to explain by looking at the

first. The center is on the left
It would not be an exaggeration to say that most or all rifle players shoot with their center on the left. Since the gun is placed on the left hand, most people know that the center of the leg is usually sent to the left to give weight to the pelvis (shooting suit) and pelvis (shooting suit) that will stably support the left hand. There are many players or coaches who miss this part of taking for granted. In fact, the writer sometimes goes to the shooting range alone and measures the record and shoots as a hobby, and at that time, players with poor records often missed this obvious part and people around him did not tell him.
It is also written by people who read this hoping that there will be no such mistake.

second. Right shoulder position
There are conditions for the 'weight balance' to fall on the left pelvis and left arm mentioned above. It is the position of the right shoulder and the right scapula. I explained earlier that what I am going to say today is the 'weight balance'. If so, when the center is sent to the left, the center is on the left, but in order to be stably raised, the position of the right shoulder and scapula is important. If so, when the center is sent to the left, the center is on the left, but in order to be stably raised, the position of the right shoulder and shoulder blade is important. For example, if the right shoulder and scapula fail to stand and collapse to the bottom and back, the left arm floats in the air as the right shoulder goes down due to the body structure. Most of the time, many people know it, but can't put it in position, occurs at this point. It may vary from player to player, but most of them relax their right shoulder and uncomfortable position to be comfortable while lowering their hooks, but if they do something wrong, their right shoulder and shoulder blades will fall behind. In that case, the gun could not be supported stably on the left arm, and in that case, even if the gun was fired accurately, the score would have been displayed in a different place than what you thought. There is a limit to expressing it in writing, but I will give you an example that is easy to understand. Look in the mirror and take a position. Put a small dumbbell or water bottle on your left arm's fist or palm and pose, and slowly lower your right shoulder down or back.
Naturally, you can see my elbow, which was supported to the left, floating in the air. Although there may be differences from person to person, it is a position that one's body can maintain until it is separated at some point, and from the moment it is lifted, the writer's left arm cannot be supported stably.
This is probably the problem with the player whose score is unpredictable after being fired out of most poor records.
I'll end this post here.
ps.
There's a limit to what I can express in writing
